  1. How to login/register?

If you are a returning customer, please click on the login option given on the left side of the website and put your login credentials. If you are a new customer, please click on the same login option and fill the required fields to create an account with go4fresh.

  1. Do I have to necessarily register to order?

No, you don’t have to register with go4fresh for shopping, you can also access our services as a guest customer. But if you register it will help us serve you better.

  1. Is registration free?

Yes, registration is free. You do not have to pay anything to register with go4fresh.

  1. Can I have multiple accounts?

Each email address and contact number can be associated with only one account, for multiple accounts you need to enter different email address and contact info.

  1. What is a combo box?

Combo box is a pre-defined box, with fixed vegetables and fruits. Combo boxes are designed to suit the needs of a larger customer group. To check what a Combo box contains, customer can click on the box and check the description given below. Combo boxes provide customers easy and time saving choices. If you have a new idea for Combo box, please put it in the suggestion box.

  1. What is a custom box?

Custom box is a box made by and for you. You can add products of your choice in the box from a given product list. Product list is divided into two parts “Local Veggie” and “Seasonal Fruits”. If you want any additional product, please write to us.

  1. Is there any minimum amount of delivery?

The minimum order amount is 500INR, ensure that final value of your cart is 500INR. If you are selecting products from Custom Box category, please ensure that your Custom Box cart value is minimum 300INR and total cart value is 500INR.

  1. How can I check the availability of delivery slot on specific pin codes?

You can enter you pin code and check the availability of the delivery slot on the order “Check Out” page.

  1. Can I change pin code/delivery address after the order?

No, you cannot change delivery address or pin code entered after placing the order.

  1. Can I change my delivery slot?

No. you cannot change your delivery slot.

  1. How do I check status of my order?

The only way you can check the status of your order is by contacting our community partner or customer support team.

  1. What is the order cancellation process and what are the charges?

You can cancel the order before the cut off time i.e. 5:00pm 2 days before delivery date for zero charges, after the cut off time a flat charge of 200 INR will be applied as a cancellation fees.

  1. What do I do if I am not happy with the quality of products delivered?

After accepting the delivery, later on you feel the product(s) are of inferior quality, please call our Customer Care. We will do the needful to see to it that you are not disappointed.

  1. Do you sort / grade the produce?

Yes. We have stringent quality processes at farm-gate as well at our warehouse, and only sorted & graded best quality produce is made available to you. In addition, especially for green leafy vegetables, we also clean & trim the produce for your convenience so that you don’t have to spend precious time cleaning them. You can just wash them & chop/ use it in your food preparations.

  1. How are fruits and vegetables packaged?

Fruits and vegetables are packed in customised boxes, which are designed to keep your fruits and vegetables isolated from outside environment, while also keeping them fresh.

  1. How are fruits and vegetables delivered?

Fruits and vegetables are delivered by our trusted delivery partners at a common delivery point, from where our coordinators will deliver orders to you at your doorstep. The delivery will be contact less to protect you, your family, and our team.

  1. What are the modes of payment?

You can pay for your order using the following modes of payment:  Credit and Debit cards (VISA / MasterCard / Rupay), UPI, etc. Cash on delivery for which please contact your coordinators.

  1. Are there any extra charges than price shown?

Apart from the product value, delivery and packaging charges will be levied. The charges will be determined by calculating the total weight of cart. For 7kg. a flat 30INR will be levied as packaging charges, after that every kilogram will be charged with 3INR packaging charges.

  1. Is it safe to use my credit/debit/net banking on Go4Fresh?

Go4fresh   uses an SSL encryption-based payment system which makes your transaction safer and protect you from any online threat to a large extent.

  1. Who is a coordinator?

Coordinators help us in our social cause of delivering, healthy and fresh products. They collect order and ensure delivery to one or more specific societies. They also connect with society residents to collect their boxes.

  1. Do you have offline stores?

No, we are a purely internet-based company and do not have any brick and mortar stores

  1. What are all current offers on the website?

  1. How will I get my money back in case of return or cancellation?

The money will be credited back to your account in 7-10 working days.  Please contact customer support for any further assistance regarding this issue.
